Bus Registration Information for the 2025-2026 School Year

 

Important Information for 2025-2026 School Year: 

• All students using NCSD Transportation must complete the registration process for the upcoming 2025-2026 School Year.
  • Please complete the registration process as soon as possible to allow sufficient time for processing routes. 

We ask that families only register their students for bus transportation if they plan to ride the bus consistently. By having accurate registration data on active bus riders, we can maintain effective and efficient transportation services for students. 

 

If you have moved addresses since the last academic year, please first log on to your NCSD Parent Portal Infinite Campus account to update your address. This will ensure NCSD Transportation has accurate information when assigning your student’s bus stop and route. 

 

Please verify your email address and all other contact information are updated and correct in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal as soon as possible to ensure you receive important information and updates regarding NCSD Transportation. Before registering for NCSD Transportation, please verify that your physical address is accurate through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account.

• If you do not have a Parent Portal, click here for directions
• If you need to update your address, wait 1-2 business days for the address change to be processed prior to completing the bus registration process. Once the correct physical address is displayed accurately in the Campus Parent account, proceed to the Bus Registration Request link.

How to Register for Bus Transportation:

• Begin by logging into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account through the NCSD Website.
  • Ensure your physical address is accurate in your profile
• On the right side of the home screen, scroll down to Quick Links > Bus Registration Request link.
  • If you have multiple students, you will need to register each student individually.
• Click the Bus Registration Request link and complete the required information.
  • You will need your student’s ID number to complete this step.
    • Your student’s number can be found on the Campus Parent homepage by clicking "Home" (example #2700XXXXX).
• It may take 3-5 business days to process the registration request.
• Once the request has been processed and a route has been assigned, the route information will be sent to your Parent/Guardian email.
