Bus Registration Information for the 2024-2025 School Year

If your student(s) was an active bus rider during the last school year (2023-2024), your student's bus registration will automatically roll over to this upcoming school year. You do not need to complete the registration process again. Route information will be shared with all families in August.

If your student(s) were registered for Bus Transportation but did not consistently ride the bus, you must complete the Bus Registration process. We ask that families only register their students for bus transportation if they plan to consistently ride the bus. By having accurate registration data of active bus riders, we are able to maintain effective and efficient transportation services for students.

If you have moved addresses since the last academic year, please log on to your NCSD Parent Portal Infinite Campus account to update your address. Please then RE-REGISTER your student, even if they were an active rider last year. This will ensure NCSD Transportation has accurate information when assigning your student’s bus stop and route.

The Natrona County School District Transportation Department is committed to providing all students with a positive and safe riding experience. Our goal is to work with parents and guardians to make sure students start and end each day on the correct bus while departing and arriving at their designated bus stop at the scheduled time.

Please verify your email address and all other contact information are updated and correct in your Infinite Campus - Parent Portal as soon as possible to ensure you are receiving important information and updates regarding NCSD Transportation. Prior to registering for NCSD Transportation, verify that your physical address is accurate via your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account.

Updating your address goes through a request process. If you need to update your address wait 1-2 business days for the address change to be processed prior to completing the bus registration process. Once the correct physical address is displayed accurately in the Campus Parent account, proceed to the Bus Registration Request link.

Step-By-Step Guide Below for NCSD Bus Registration

Begin by logging into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account through the NCSD Website.
- Ensure your physical address is accurate in your profile
On the right side of the home screen, scroll down to Quick Links > Bus Registration Request link.
- If you have multiple students, you will need to register each student individually.
Click the Bus Registration Request link and complete the required information.
- You will need your student’s ID number to complete this step.
  - Your student’s number can be found on the Campus Parent homepage by clicking "Home" (example #2700XXXXX).
It may take 3-5 business days to process the registration request.
Once the request has been processed and a route has been assigned, the route information will be sent to your Parent/Guardian email.
