Student Bus Registration


Bus Registration Information for 2021-2022 School Year! 

Students that utilized NCSD Transportation during the  2020-2021 school year will automatically have their registration complete for the upcoming school year. Previous student bus riders, who have not moved addresses, do NOT need to complete the registration process. Communication will be coming soon with your student’s route information.

If you are a returning rider and have not changed addresses, you DO NOT need to complete the registration

In accordance with federal requirements, NCSD Transportation will require students and staff to wear face coverings while on NCSD Transportation and during transportation times at the Bus Hub. NCSD will provide masks to staff and students as needed.

Students and staff will be highly encouraged to sanitize their hands upon entering and exiting the school bus. Hand sanitizer dispensers are located on each bus. 

All Transportation Riders will be required to scan on and off buses using their NCSD Transportation Card, also known as Z-Pass. Your student’s NCSD Transportation Card can be picked up at the Bus Hub on Aug 26th  from 4 pm to 7 pm or at your child’s Back to School Night! 

The Natrona County School District Transportation Department is committed to providing all students with a positive and safe riding experience. Our goal is to work with parents and guardians to make sure students start and end each day on the correct bus, with the correct driver, and enter and exit their designated bus stop at the scheduled time.



Please verify your email address and all other contact information is updated and correct in your Infinite Campus - Parent Portal as soon as possible to ensure you are receiving important information and updates regarding NCSD Transportation.

Prior to registering for NCSD Transportation, verify that your physical address is accurate in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account through the NCSD website home page.

  • If you do not have a Parent Portal click here for directions
  • Updating your address goes through a request process. If you need to update your address wait 1-2 business days for the address change to be processed prior to completing the bus registration process. Once the correct physical address is displayed accurately in the Campus Parent account, proceed to the Bus Registration Request link.


Step-By-Step Guide Below for NCSD Bus Registration

  • Begin by logging into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account through the NCSD Website.
    • Ensure your physical address is accurate in your profile
  • On the left side of the Index screen, scroll down to ‘More’, under Quick Links > Bus Registration Request link.
    • If you have multiple students, you will need to register each student individually.
  • Click the Bus Registration Request link and complete the required information.
    • You will need your student’s ID number to complete this step.
      • Your student’s number can be found on the top left side of the Campus Parent homepage (example #2700XXXXX).
  • It may take 3-5 business days to process the registration request.
  • Once the request has been processed and a route has been assigned, the route information (stops location and times) will be visible in your Campus Parent under the Transportation tab.
  • Route/stop information will not appear in Campus Parent until late August.
