Alternative High School Programming

Students at Roosevelt High School will receive a High School Diploma. Unlike the other high schools in town, Roosevelt’s students are required to earn 20 credits to graduate from RHS. Students will meet the state requirements for graduation:

3 Math courses

3 Science courses

3 Social Studies courses

4 English courses

2 P.E. courses

1 Financial Literacy course

as well as 4 Elective courses.

Additionally, every student will complete an electronic graduation plan and portfolio.

Roosevelt High School is NOT a “school of Choice” option. Interested students must begin the qualification and transfer process at their home high school. Roosevelt primarily serves alternative students in grades 10th-12th. 9th graders will begin their high school careers at Kelly Walsh High School, Midwest School, or Natrona County High School.
