NCSD Climate Survey

The Natrona County School District is committed to ensuring all district environments are safe, orderly, supportive, and conducive to a climate of high expectations for students, staff, and the community.

We would like to ask for your help by completing the survey linked below.

The purpose of this survey is to measure our work on engagement, environment, and safety. This survey is anonymous and the information gained from this survey will be used to help implement improvements at all schools and facilities.

If you have students at multiple schools, please fill out a separate survey for each school.

Inclement Weather

Fall is in the air! As our leaves...and our temperatures...begin to drop we wanted to share with you a reminder of the NCSD Inclement Weather Protocol.

Natrona County School District recognizes that school is an important part of community and family life. As a result, schools will be closed for inclement weather or natural disasters only when the community itself is unable to operate safely. Primary factors considered are adverse weather conditions and the safe transportation of students and staff.

As a reminder, the primary responsibility in protecting a child's health and school attendance always resides with the parent or guardian.

Communications are sent out via text and a phone call by approximately 5:30 a.m. from NCSD Public Relations. News agencies will be contacted to send a message to the community. Updates will also be posted on NCSD social media sites and website.
