Today, December 14, 2022, MIDWEST Schools will implement a Temporary Virtual Learning Day. There will be no school at Midwest on campus. Busses will not be running in Midwest. Red Creek rural school will also be having a Temporary Virtual Learning Day.
All other NCSD Schools and buildings are OPEN today, Dec 14, 2022. Transportation for all other schools is running as scheduled.
Midwest Parents/Guardians/Students:
All students are provided technology resources to bring home in the event of an inclement weather day. As such, they should be prepared to attend school virtually.
Please follow the directions provided by your school and check your email or learning management system (Canvas or Google Classroom) for more information from your child’s school regarding the next steps.
Attendance will be taken (AM/PM for elementary and at the beginning of each period/block for secondary students), and students must complete the required learning to account for their attendance. If your student does not attend, log on, or participate, they will be counted as absent.

As always, the primary responsibility in protecting a child's health and school attendance always resides with the parent or guardian.
