NCSD Food Service
Natrona County School District Food Services would like to remind parents/guardians that the carryover period for last year's Free and Reduced-Price Meal benefits ends on October 12th, 2026.
This means that if you qualified for free or reduced meals last school year and have not yet qualified for free or reduced meals this school year, your student's meal status will change to full pay.
If your student qualified for free or reduced-price meals during the previous school year, those benefits carry over for the first few weeks of the new school year. However, to keep these benefits active, you must submit a new application annually.
If you have already applied and received a letter notifying you whether you have qualified this year or not, you do not need to re-apply.
- What happens next: If a new application is not processed by October 12, 2026, your student’s meal status will automatically change to full pay.
- How to apply: You can submit your application securely online by clicking this link or request a paper application from your child's school.
Applications can be submitted at any time, but we strongly encourage you to apply today to avoid unexpected meal charges.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the NCSD Nutrition Services office at 307-253-5205.
District Parental Acknowledgement Forms
REMINDER: Please fill out your Parental Acknowledgement Forms if you haven't already done so. These forms include important information on field trip permissions, athletic/activities participation, the student/parent handbook, and more.
