This survey is for 2026-2027 (NEXT YEAR) staffing planning and informational purposes ONLY. The purpose of the survey is to identify if families are PLANNING to move before the next school year. Your child's school enrollment for 2026-2027 will not change, and they will not be removed from their school for next year until the NCSD Enrollment Office directly confirms this information with you.
You do NOT need to fill this out if your children will remain in our district for the 2026-2027 school year.
