“I’ve been looking forward to this day for many years,” shared Board Chairman Kevin Christopherson when discussing the new building. “It’s all about doing good and what’s best for our kids and our community. I want to thank the previous boards, Dave Applegate and Ray Catellier, and thank you to everyone who had something to do with making this possible. This is a place for the soccer club, the band, the community, and everyone else who uses this Staffilino Complex.
Over the years, Kelly Walsh has evolved, expanding programs, modernizing facilities, and adapting to the needs of a growing student body. The new building provides improved opportunities for students, spectators, and visitors, supporting school pride and community engagement at Kelly Walsh events for years to come.
“To the KWHS staff, students, school families, and our entire community: this building is for you. It represents not just bricks and mortar, but school spirit, performances, competitions, and the everyday moments that bring us together. It’s a reflection of the pride and tradition that defines Kelly Walsh High School,” shared Principal Britt. “Thank you to the architects, the school board, cabinet, construction team, players, coaches, administrators, and all Trojans who helped put this incredible facility together.”
