Pathways Innovation Center Builds on Student Opportunities With Community Connections

December 4, 2025

Throughout the day, students explored Pathways Innovation Center’s programs and toured the building to learn how coursework, certifications, and hands-on experiences can support their future goals. They also met with representatives from attending organizations to discover the wide range of resources, training options, and career opportunities available across Wyoming.

Intentional planning and collaboration with students and their families to support student success leading up to and after graduation is a priority of the Natrona County School District’s high school system. Options for high school courses include college-preparatory curriculum, industry certifications, portfolio development, internships, and more. These opportunities and experiences align with students' interests while also supporting community needs.

"Across the district, we are so grateful for the businesses, industry partners, education professionals, and workforce leaders who invest their time and expertise in our students as they pursue the path that fits their next step after graduation," shared Chris Usry, Assistant Principal. "Pathways to Purpose day reflects a shared commitment to help students explore, prepare for, and confidently step into their futures."

An extension of Natrona County’s high school system, Pathways Innovation Center is focused on preparing tomorrow’s workforce through academic, career, and technical studies by providing students with an authentic and rigorous learning environment in order to graduate productive citizens who are college, career, and military-ready.
