The KWHS DECA chapter prepares emerging leaders in the fields of Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality, and Management. These exceptional students work dedicatedly to prepare for conferences and competitions, all with the goal of qualifying for the prestigious International Career Development Conference. DECA offers a diverse array of individual and team events—including Principles of Business Administration, Individual Series, Team Decision Making, and Personal Financial Literacy—providing students with the opportunity to pursue their unique interests and showcase their talents.
