2025-2026 School Year Enrollment Survey

Below, please find a survey for 2025-2026 enrollment planning and informational purposes. The survey aims to identify if families are planning to move before the start of the next school year.

This survey is for 2025-2026 (NEXT YEAR) staffing planning and informational purposes ONLY. The purpose of the survey is to identify if families are PLANNING to move before next school year. Your child's school 2025-2026 enrollment choice will not change, and they will not be removed from their school for next year, until the NCSD Enrollment Office directly confirms this information with you.

You do NOT need to fill this out if your children will remain in our district for 2025-2026.
