Public Feedback Opportunity: NCSD’s Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan

November 9th, 2021 

Natrona County School District has received one-time federal funding via the American Rescue Plan to be utilized to support students, staff, education services, and district operations as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The American Rescue Plan was signed into law on March 11, 2021, this is the third federal stimulus bill. Natrona County School District was allocated approximately $38 million in ESSER III funds as part of the American Rescue Plan. 

Natrona County School District’s (NCSD) Safe Reopen Plan/Smart Start Reopening Plan is based on Wyoming Department of Education Smart Start Guidance, Governor’s Public Health Orders, and Casper-Natrona County Public Health Department

To receive federal ESSER III funding, the NCSD must provide an opportunity for public feedback.
