Mrs. Crouch graduated from Natrona County High School in 1986. (Go Mustangs!) She then attended Chadron State College where she majored in Elementary Education and minored in Middle School Science. Because of her science background and writing interest, Mrs. Crouch was offered a summer internship with the State of Nebraska. She worked with Dr. Ron Weedon, Chadron State College, on the Penstemon haydenii research grant.
After graduation and two years teaching in the rural schools of Nebraska, Mrs. Crouch returned to Casper where she began her teaching career in Natrona County. She was first hired at CY Jr. High as a 7th grade Life Science teacher on a one-year contract. She was hired again at CY for the computer applications teacher where she remainded for five years teaching tech and providing building technology assistance. During her time at CY Mrs. Crouch also completed her masters program with Leslie University earning her Masters in Technology in Education Degree.
Mrs. Crouch has been with Poison Spider going on her third year and is loving it!
