Schooldude Work Request System: Please use the School Dude Work Request system for any computer issues that you may have. Once you input a Work Request into the system, the Technologist assigned to your location will see that Work Request immediately and it will appear in their work queue. This system allows us to keep track of problems at your location and it also allows us to help serve you better. This system also has a searchable knowledge base at your disposal, along with the Technology Telephone Support number.
