The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding middle level students.  More than just an honor roll, NJHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, Character and Citizenship.

To be eligible for membership in the Centennial Junior High School Chapter of NJHS, students must have achieved Principal's Honor Roll status a minimum of three times in one grade level.  NJHS members must also demonstrate excellence in the core characteristics of NJHS (scholarship, leadership, service, character and citizenship).
